Business Policies

Standard Policy

All instructions must be written out or texted to us — anything not communicated we are not responsible for.
Visits are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
A meet & greet is required for all new clients and pets before services begin.
We provide photo and/or text updates during visits whenever possible.
Visit times are approximate and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, pet needs, and scheduling.

Payment Policy

Payment is due before or at the start of services unless otherwise discussed.
We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Checks.
Additional pets may require an extra fee depending on care needs and visit length (see packages for details).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made with 24–48 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Aggressive Pet Policy

For everyone's safety, we reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows aggressive behavior.

Emergency Policy

In an emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately.
If the owner is unreachable, we will transport your pet to the preferred veterinarian you've provided or the nearest emergency hospital.
All owners must provide an additional emergency contact.

Severe Weather Policy

Services may be adjusted during severe weather conditions for the safety of your pets and our sitters.
